Whoever books (your client's customer) never sees AgendaWPP. The form goes out from the business's own WhatsApp number, with its image, its name, its services and its wording; no brand of ours appears in the screens, buttons or messages. To the end consumer, the system belongs to the business.

Your client (the business owner) does see AgendaWPP in their dashboard, their account emails and the inbox where they reply. That is what "not white label" means: we don't offer the system under your domain or your logo today.

What we do protect is your business: your agreed wholesale price, your logo in your agency panel and a commercial relationship that is always yours.

You are your client's first contact (the relationship is yours) and we back you with prioritized WhatsApp support.

You can also enter any of your clients' panels with one click (login-as) to solve issues instantly. The dashboard is so simple it generates almost no tickets.

You bill your client however you want: your currency, your payment method, the public price plus your implementation.

You only prepay credits to the platform in USD (Stripe or bank transfer). We never touch your client with charges.

Each business needs its verified Meta Business Portfolio (free with Meta, 1-3 business days). If it doesn't have one, you handle it as part of your implementation or we handle it for an additional fee.

Accounts get grace days when they expire and you can enable auto-renewal. Without a top-up there are no surprise charges: the account simply pauses.

No. No lock-in, no exclusivity, no minimum number of clients.

It's pure prepaid: you top up credits when you need them. If you don't sell one month, you pay nothing new.

AgendaWPP uses WhatsApp Flows, Meta's official technology, through the official WhatsApp Business API.

We don't use unofficial gateways — the ones that end with banned numbers and furious clients. Each business operates with its own number on the official Meta API. We are a Meta Tech Provider: your client's number connects to our WhatsApp Business platform; if they use ManyChat, Wati or another provider today, the number is migrated (one number cannot live on two platforms at once).

Your panel is active the same day. Your first client goes live within 24 business hours from the moment their Meta portfolio is verified.

Setting up the account takes minutes: services with an Excel/CSV importer, professionals, schedules and reminders — all from your panel.

Yes, and you should know it upfront: Meta bills its API per message sent, not per appointment and not per conversation. Reminders and confirmations are utility templates, and Meta bills them directly to the business, not to AgendaWPP.

An appointment with a confirmation and two reminders costs today between $0.0024 in Colombia and $0.078 in Argentina; 100 appointments a month run $0.24 to $7.80 depending on the country.

From October 1, 2026 Peru rises to $0.03 per message and Meta starts charging two things that are free today: service messages, meaning your free-form replies inside the 24-hour window, with 1,000 free per month per number; and utility templates sent inside that window, which have no free tier.

It depends on the deal, and we agree it with you: the wholesale price comes from how many clients you handle and which country you work in, so we do not publish a single rate — it would be a lie for half of the agencies.

What is fixed: you set your client's price and on top of it you charge your implementation, which is yours entirely. Write to us telling us how many clients you handle and we will give you the exact number in that same conversation.

They get everything. Because the number lives on our WhatsApp Business platform, every account includes the web inbox for the business or its team to reply (several people at once), the contact CRM with tags, custom fields and pipelines, and campaigns with Meta templates.

On top goes the AgendaWPP calendar: official form, Google Calendar per professional, reminders, appointment history and stats. It is exactly what a direct client gets, at the same public price.

Yes. Their existing number moves to the official Meta API; to do that the WhatsApp Business app account must be deleted from the phone before connecting (the app's chat history does not carry over), and from then on they reply from the platform's web inbox.

If the business prefers to keep the app on their phone, a new number is connected. Best to tell them before selling.

Yes. AgendaWPP has a public API: your AI agent, n8n, Make or your client's CRM can trigger the booking form as just another tool, check availability, look up, reschedule or cancel appointments, and receive every created, rescheduled or cancelled appointment via webhook. There is also an MCP server for Claude, Cursor, n8n or any compatible agent, and on the WhatsApp platform you can plug in your own model (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini).

API, webhooks and MCP come with the Team plan; on the other plans they are enabled as an add-on. If your agency sells AI agents, this is the piece that books for them.
