Why have one

None of these three are made up. If you run a business, all three happen to you.

  • Whoever replies first keeps the client.

Your client is not only writing to you: they write to three businesses and go with whoever answers. It is not that you are worse — you were late.

  • Messages do not arrive during office hours.

They arrive at night, on a Sunday, while you are with someone else. By the time you see them, four hours have passed.

  • Answering the same thing twenty times is not your job.

Price, hours, where you are, whether you do that particular thing. Every day, the same five questions, before anyone buys anything.

Yes, they will know it is an AI

Nobody replies in two seconds at three in the morning, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What we do get is a conversation that feels like someone on your team — and that is what decides whether they buy.

Hi! Of course. The deep facial takes 45 minutes. Can you confirm your name so I can put it under it?

Thanks, Laura. Here is the form: you pick the day, the time and who sees you 👇📅 Book appointmentAura Skin Studio · official WhatsApp form
✓ Booked: Friday 3:00 p.m. with Daniela. Already in YOUR Google Calendar, and you never touched your phone.
  • It never invents time slots. It does not look them up or guess: it sends the official form and the client picks from the real calendar.
  • It writes short, the way people type. No full formal sentences — that is the first thing that gives a bot away.
  • It never says "Dear customer". It talks the way you talk to your own clients.
  • No menu of options and no "press 1 to book".
  • It does not get weird when the client does. If the conversation goes past what it knows, it hands it to you.

Talk to a person →

What it does, exactly

Four concrete things. Not one more, and that is on purpose.

Answers the usual

Prices, hours, where you are, what each service includes. The questions you answer twenty times a day today.

Books, if you need it

It walks the person to the official WhatsApp form and the appointment lands in Google Calendar. This is the only part that needs an AgendaWPP account; the rest works without one.

Reschedules and cancels

If the client cannot make it, it is sorted in the same chat and the calendar updates itself. No phone calls.

Knows when to stop

When the conversation goes beyond what it knows, it hands the chat to you instead of inventing an answer.

If you have suffered a bad bot, you know what we mean

These are the six things that make people hate automated assistants. None of them is an accident: they are decisions made by whoever configured it.

  • "I want to talk to a person" — "Sure! How can I help you?"

It is the number one complaint about bots, and rightly so. If your client asks for a human, the assistant hands you the chat right away. It does not insist, it does not try one more time, it does not bury it in a menu.

  • "Can you give me your name again?" — for the third time

The classic loop: you explain something and two messages later they ask again. The assistant remembers what it was already told in that conversation.

  • It invents a price that does not exist

A hallucinating bot hands you a problem with a client who already got their hopes up. This one would rather fall short: if it does not have the answer, it says so and hands you the chat. And it never invents time slots, because it does not look them up — the client picks them in the form.

  • It replies with three paragraphs

Nobody reads a wall of text on WhatsApp. It answers in two or three lines, the way anyone writes in a chat, and if more is needed it splits it into two messages.

  • Emojis in every sentence 😀✨🙌

There are businesses where that works and others where it strips all the seriousness from what you sell. So it is your call, not ours: the assistant uses no emojis unless you want them, and you say how many and where.

  • It keeps you going in circles until you give up

If the conversation is not moving, it does not keep pushing until the client gives up: it hands them to you. A lost client costs more than a chat handled by hand.

All of this is decided with you when it is configured, none of it comes out of the box. If you want it more formal, shorter or drier, that is what it will be.

It connects to what you already use

If your tool has an API or an MCP server, the assistant can query it and answer with real data instead of saying "let me check and get back to you".

Your payment gateway

So the form goes out after you get paid, or so the assistant confirms in the chat whether a payment came through.

Your shipping carrier

The client asks where their parcel is, the assistant looks up the tracking number and answers on the spot, with nobody opening a portal.

Your customer base

Know whether whoever is writing has an active subscription, how long they have been on it or whether they bought before — and answer accordingly.

Whatever you can think of

CRM, inventory, Google Sheets, n8n, Make, your own system. If it can be queried through an API, it can be connected.

Each integration is quoted separately because it depends on what is on the other side. On the call we look at what you use and tell you what is possible and what is not — without over-promising.

Honesty first

What this is, and what it is not

At this price we would rather you knew exactly what you are buying before you message us.

Yes: configuration and implementation

We take an assistant built on models that already exist and leave it running with your services, your prices, your hours, your FAQs and your tone, connected to your number and your calendar. You touch nothing technical.

No: artificial intelligence development

We do not program a model from scratch, we do not train an AI of our own and this is not custom software development. If you want a model built for you, we are not your supplier — and we are telling you now, not after charging you.

We say it because nobody should believe in AI development for USD 200. What USD 200 does buy is someone sitting down to configure it properly with your business information and leaving it running.

How we set it up

Four steps. You only take part in the first and the third.

1

A fifteen-minute video call

With a person from the team. You tell us what your clients ask all day, what you want the assistant to handle alone and what systems you use. That is where the exact price comes from.

2

We configure it

We load your services, prices, hours, FAQs and your tone. We connect it to your number and your calendar.

3

You test it and we adjust

We hand it over running so you can use it on real conversations. Whatever it answers oddly, we fix.

4

It stays running

The monthly fee covers keeping it working and the adjustments whenever you change prices, services or hours.

What Meta is going to ask you for

We would rather you knew now and not after paying. Two scenarios, and you can start in both.

If you only want it to answer

You can start without verifying anything. Meta caps you at 250 conversations started by your business every 24 hours — and note: replying to whoever writes to you does NOT count against that cap. For an assistant handling incoming messages, that limit is barely felt.

If you also want it to book

The booking form uses WhatsApp Flows, and that does require a verified Meta Business Portfolio. It is a free process with Meta, 1 to 3 business days. If you do not have it, we handle it for a separate fee.

Sooner or later verifying pays off anyway: once verified you go from 250 to 1,000 daily conversations, and up from there depending on usage and quality. It is the same process in both cases.

What it costs

Everything you will pay, added up. So there are no surprises when you ask for a quote.

What you pay each month, broken down

Two things. The assistant, and the platform your number lives on: whoever is behind it, your number has to sit on Meta’s official API. Ours is the cheapest way to have it, and it throws in the calendar and the CRM — whether you use them or not.

ItemHow muchWhen you pay it

Keeping it running and adjustedfrom USD 50every month
Your number on the official API
AgendaWPP plan — also brings calendar and CRM
from USD 29every month
Total per monthfrom USD 79no lock-in

"From" means from: the final price comes out of what you need the assistant to answer.

One that handles five FAQs does not cost the same as one that reads your catalogue, tells ten services apart and knows when to hand you the chat. That is why we do not publish a closed price: it would be a lie in half the cases. Meta charges for its API separately, per message.

No lock-in. If the assistant is not for you, switch it off and your number keeps running on the platform. Meta charges for its API separately, per message.

Setup goes up if…

  • You have many services, locations or professionals to load into it.
  • You want integrations with your systems: each one is quoted separately depending on what is on the other side.
  • You do not have a verified Meta Business Portfolio and we handle it for you.
  • Your number has to be migrated from another provider.

The monthly goes up if…

  • You handle a lot of conversation volume: the AI model bills by usage.
  • The assistant queries your systems on every chat (those calls cost too).
  • You need more professionals or locations and move up a plan (29 → 49 → 79).

We do not charge you for…

  • Changing prices, services or hours whenever you want.
  • Fixing whatever the assistant answers oddly.
  • Adjusting the tone, making it more formal or shorter.

And one thing we do not charge but you should know about: Meta bills its own API separately, per message. That is the same with any provider. In the US it is around USD 0.0034 per utility message, so for a normal business it is cents a month — but it exists, and we would rather tell you here than on the invoice.

Why it costs this and not ten times more

If someone quoted you USD 1,000 for something similar, this table shows where the difference is. And if it strikes you as cheap, it shows that too.

The agency figures are the market range we see when quoting against them. Some charge considerably more: we are not arguing with that, we are just telling you what ours includes.

Why USD 200 and not 1,000?

Because this is not custom development: it is a configuration on top of a platform that already exists and that we built. We are not charging you hours of programming from scratch. What costs 1,000 is usually one of two things: real software development — a different product, and sometimes worth it — or the same configuration with a bigger invoice. Ask whoever quotes you what exactly is included and who maintains it afterwards; that is where the difference shows.

Why is there a monthly fee?

Because an assistant is not a file you hand over and forget. It runs every day, the AI model bills by usage, and your prices, services and hours change. With nobody adjusting it, in three months you have an assistant giving your clients outdated information, which is worse than not having one. That is what the monthly fee is: keeping it running and keeping it truthful. If you do not want it any more, switch it off — there is no lock-in.

Do you need it, or is the form enough?

We will save you the click: most businesses do not need the assistant.

Yes, it helps you

If you get so many messages that you cannot keep up, if you lose appointments because you reply late, or if people ask you the same thing twenty times a day before booking. That is where the assistant pays for itself.

You probably do not need it

If your clients already know what they want and just need a time slot, the plan’s form does that job and you save USD 200. We would rather tell you than sell you something you did not need.

Questions we get

Do you develop the artificial intelligence?

No, and it is worth saying plainly. We do not program an AI model from scratch and we do not train one of our own. We configure an assistant on top of models that already exist so it handles your conversations and books with your AgendaWPP system. If what you want is a model built for you, we are not your supplier.

How is it different from the form that already comes with the plan?

The form is what books: your client taps, picks and is reserved. It comes with all three plans and it is the core on purpose, because it never invents a time slot you do not have and never gets a price wrong. The assistant is the layer on top: it chats, answers questions and walks the person to that form. It does not replace it.

Why "from" and not a fixed price?

Because the assistant is configured around what you need it to answer. One that handles five FAQs does not cost the same as one that reads your catalogue, tells ten services apart and knows when to hand the chat to a person. Setup starts at USD 200 and the monthly fee at USD 50; the final number comes out of a fifteen-minute conversation.

Do I need AgendaWPP for you to set the assistant up?

No. The assistant is configured for any business that deals with people on WhatsApp, whether or not you use our calendar: it answers questions, handles your clients and resolves whatever you tell it to. The calendar is only needed if you also want the appointment booked — that does require an AgendaWPP account, which starts at USD 29 a month and is paid separately. If your business does not book appointments, the assistant still works for you.

What if I already have my own AI?

Then we do not charge you for development: it connects. Through the public API, webhooks or the MCP server, your AI checks your availability, books, reschedules and cancels. It comes with the Team plan and is enabled separately on Solo and Business.

Can it query my systems, or only answer what you load into it?

It can query. If your tool has an API or an MCP server, the assistant asks it and answers with the real value: whether a payment came through, where a parcel is, whether whoever is writing has an active subscription. It works with payment gateways, shipping carriers, your CRM, your inventory, Google Sheets, n8n or your own system. Each integration is quoted separately because it depends on what is on the other side: on the call we look at what you use and tell you what is possible and what is not.

Do I have to verify my Meta Business Portfolio?

It depends how far you want to go. For the assistant to just answer, you do not need to verify anything: Meta caps you at 250 conversations started by your business every 24 hours, and replying to whoever writes to you does not count against that cap, so it is barely felt. For the booking form (WhatsApp Flows) you do need a verified Business Portfolio: it is free with Meta and takes 1 to 3 business days, and if you do not have it we handle it for a separate fee. Verifying takes you from 250 to 1,000 daily conversations, so sooner or later it pays off anyway.

I was quoted USD 1,000 for something similar. Why do you charge 200?

Because they are not the same thing. Ours is a configuration on top of a platform that already exists and that we built, not hours of programming from scratch. What costs 1,000 is usually real custom software development — a different product, and sometimes worth it — or the same configuration with a bigger invoice. How to tell: ask whoever quotes you what exactly is included and who maintains it afterwards. For reference, agencies that build custom assistants charge between USD 150 and 700 setup plus USD 60 to 150 a month, so 200 + 50 is not an oddity: it sits inside the range.

Why do I have to pay a monthly fee?

Because an assistant is not a file you hand over and forget. It runs every day, the AI model bills by usage, and your prices, services and hours change. With nobody adjusting it, in three months you have an assistant giving your clients outdated information, which is worse than not having one. The monthly fee covers keeping it running and keeping it truthful. No lock-in: if you do not want it any more, switch it off.

What if I build it myself with ChatGPT and n8n?

You can, and if you enjoy building it, go ahead. What you will run into: connecting the number to Meta’s official API (not an unofficial bridge, which is where lines get blocked), the Business Portfolio process, building the WhatsApp Flows form if you want it to book, and above all maintaining it every time a price or an opening hour changes. Setup is paid once; maintenance is forever. Our price buys you that not being your problem.

Who answers if I write?

A person from the team, not another assistant. The bot you try in the demo is the product; to hire it you talk to a real human. We set up a fifteen-minute video call where we look at what your clients ask, what systems you use and what you want the assistant to handle alone. That is where the exact price for your case comes from.

What does it run on? Is it safe for my number?

On Meta’s official WhatsApp Business API, same as the rest of AgendaWPP. No unofficial apps, no cloned numbers — which is where Meta blocks lines. Your business needs its verified Meta Business Portfolio; it is free and takes 1 to 3 business days.
