There are four ways your client can book. Only one happens inside WhatsApp

We are not going to tell you the others are bad: each works well for something. This is what you ask of your client in each case, which is what decides whether they book or leave.

No sign-up · Nothing to install · Takes 30 seconds

The four models, and what each one costs your client

1 · Another app, with a marketplace

Your client downloads an app, signs up and books in there.

In favour: that marketplace can bring you new clients who had never heard of you. That is real and it has value.

Against: you are asking them to install something to book, and many people will not. The booking also happens on someone else’s turf, where your competitors are too.

2 · A link to your booking page

You send a link on WhatsApp, they leave the chat and book on a web page.

In favour: it is cheap to set up and works the same for people who find you on Instagram or Google.

Against: every step loses people. Open the link, wait for it to load, find the service, pick a time. Whoever gives up halfway does not come back.

3 · A bot that books by chatting

Your client types, an AI agent interprets what they meant and decides the time slot.

In favour: everything happens in the chat and it answers at any hour. It is a huge jump from answering yourself.

Against: the model can confirm a slot you do not have or get a price wrong, because it generates an answer instead of reading a calendar. And it burns 6 to 8 messages per booking: from 1 October 2026 Meta charges for service messages beyond the 1,000 free per month.

4 · A form inside the chat · this is how AgendaWPP works

They tap a button and a screen opens inside WhatsApp, like a small app, showing the hours you actually have free.

In favour: nothing to install, no leaving the chat, no typing. Service, professional, day and time in seconds, and availability comes from your real Google Calendar, so nobody books when you cannot work. That is 2 messages per booking instead of 6 to 8.

Against: you need Meta’s official API and a verified Business Portfolio. It is free with Meta and takes 1 to 3 days, but it is paperwork.

So what about the AI assistant? It is not redundant — they split the work

This confuses a lot of people, so plainly: AgendaWPP also sets up an AI assistant, and it does not contradict anything above. The assistant chats, answers questions and filters out people who are only asking; the form closes the booking. The AI attends; the form closes. The agent is the door, the form is the lock.

What AgendaWPP does not do, so you do not waste your time

  • It does not bring you new clients. We have no marketplace or directory: we organise the ones already writing to you. If what you lack is people, start somewhere else.
  • We have no free plan. The cheapest is USD 29 a month. If spending nothing is your priority, there are free options out there and it is fair to say so.
  • We are not a full business system. No point of sale, no inventory, no accounting. We are the calendar.
  • We do not charge for the appointment inside the form. It can be set up the other way round — the form arrives once they have paid — but that is quoted separately.

When ours makes sense

  • When most of your bookings already come through WhatsApp and pulling people out of it costs you half of them.
  • When you lose bookings because you cannot answer at 11 at night or on a Sunday.
  • When you cannot afford being booked for an hour you do not have.
  • When what Meta charges you per message matters, especially in a high-rate country.

Check it yourself, do not take our word for it

The demo is the same product you buy. Write to it and count how many taps a booking takes.

Does this work if my client is not tech-savvy at all?

That is exactly who it is built for. Your client downloads nothing, signs up for nothing and types nothing: they tap options on a screen inside WhatsApp, the app they already use every day.

Can I have both, the form and a bot that chats?

Yes, and that is what we recommend. The AI assistant chats, answers questions and tells you who is serious; the form closes the booking. It comes in the package with the assistant, from USD 79 a month plus setup.

What if I already use another tool?

Your number stays yours: it migrates to the AgendaWPP platform and we walk you through it. What you cannot do is have the same number on two providers at once, because Meta’s own API prevents it. Your Google Calendar appointments stay where they are.

How long until it is running?

24 working hours from the moment your Meta Business Portfolio is verified. If you do not have it, we handle it: it is free with Meta, takes 1 to 3 working days, and our handling is quoted separately.
