Can Meta Business Agent book appointments?
According to Meta, yes: it books appointments and qualifies leads, and starting is free. But Meta presents calendar connections as a future feature, it is not in every country and the API charges per message. If the appointment must land in your Google Calendar with no double bookings, today you need a tool connected to your calendar.

Does Meta Business Agent connect to Google Calendar?
Meta does not say so: it presents calendar connections as a future feature. The systems it names today are shops and support (Shopify, Zendesk, Shopee), and the API has custom connectors. If you need your Google Calendar today, check what your account offers or use a tool connected to your calendar.
Is it available in my country?
It depends: Meta says it is available to eligible businesses in select markets and does not publish the list. The way to find out is to open your WhatsApp Business app or Meta Business Suite and see whether it shows up.
Can Meta Business Agent make up appointment times?
Meta does not document how it checks availability. Any agent that offers times through conversation runs that risk if it does not read a real calendar. That is why in AgendaWPP the AI does not choose the time: the client picks it in a form on your calendar.
