What the USD 200 setup covers
The setup is paid once and it is the work of getting your assistant and your form running with your data. «From» means that if you need integrations, we give you the final price before you pay anything.

Meta charges for its official API per message sent, straight to your business and at your country’s rate. What your client writes to you is free, and every number gets 1,000 free service messages a month.
What you do pay for are reminders and confirmations. With 100 appointments a month and 3 messages each: USD 0.24 in Colombia, 2.04 in Brazil, 2.55 in Mexico, 3.39 in Ecuador, 6.00 in Chile, 7.80 in Argentina and 9.00 in Peru (October 2026 rate).

Does AgendaWPP have a free plan or a free trial?
There is no free plan and no free trial on your number, but the demo is free and you can use it right now, without signing up. You message the same assistant we set up for you and book a test appointment in the form, as your client would. If your company is not verified with Meta yet, we show you your form with your services on our test number while we help you get verified (that help has an extra cost).
How much is AgendaWPP in my local currency?
The price is in dollars and it is the same in every country: USD 79, 99 or 129 a month, plus the setup. You pay by card and your bank converts it to your currency at the day’s rate; that is why we do not publish a local-currency figure, which would be out of date within a month.
How much does it cost in Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Chile or Ecuador?
The same everywhere: from USD 79 a month plus the setup. The only thing that changes by country is what Meta charges per message. With 100 appointments a month, reminders cost your business USD 0.24 in Colombia, 2.55 in Mexico, 3.39 in Ecuador, 6.00 in Chile and 9.00 in Peru at the October 2026 rate. Meta bills that directly, not AgendaWPP.
What happens if I run out of assistant conversations?
You add blocks of 500 conversations for USD 25 a month, or move up a plan. Solo includes 500 a month, Business 1,000 and Team 1,500. The limit is counted in conversations, not messages: a person who asks, gets answers and books is one conversation.
Can I use my own AI account?
Yes, and we take USD 20 a month off. You pay the usage straight to your AI provider and the assistant works the same. If you do not have an account, the model is included in your plan.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No. You pay month to month and cancel whenever you want, with no penalty. If you pay the full year you get 2 months free. Before leaving you export your clients and appointments as CSV, and your WhatsApp number stays yours.
Why does the setup say «from USD 200»?
Because it depends on what you need your assistant to do: one that answers and books costs USD 200. If it has to be connected to your CRM, your invoicing, your payments or other systems, we give you the final price before we start, never on the invoice.
How do I automate my business’s appointments on WhatsApp?
With an AI assistant that answers your clients and a form inside the chat where they pick the service, professional and time on your real calendar. The appointment lands in your Google Calendar and reminders go out on their own. Do I need my company verified with Meta?
Yes, to use the official WhatsApp API your company has to be verified with Meta. Doing it yourself is free and takes 1 to 3 business days; if you would rather we handle it, it has an extra cost. Meanwhile you can see your form on our test number.
How do I pay and sign up?
By card, monthly or yearly, and you sign up on WhatsApp with an advisor. They ask what you need, confirm the plan and the setup price, and we start the configuration.
