How much does WhatsApp appointment booking cost?
There are three costs: the software (AgendaWPP: from USD 29 a month form-only; 79, 99 or 129 with the AI assistant, plus setup from USD 200), Meta’s API (per message sent, with 1,000 free service messages a month per number) and verifying the Meta Business Portfolio (free if you do it; quoted separately if we handle it).
On the API there is a date that matters: from 1 October 2026 Meta charges for service messages beyond the 1,000 free ones. Booking by chatting burns 6 to 8 messages per appointment; with a form inside the chat it is 2. Below are the three costs in a table, a worked example with 100 appointments a month, and the questions we get asked most about price. Whoever sells you any appointment system on the official WhatsApp API has these three costs, with AgendaWPP or any other provider. What changes between providers is the first one.

A worked example: 100 appointments a month
- With the form, 100 appointments use about 200 service messages (2 each): they stay inside the 1,000 free ones, so Meta charges nothing for the booking itself. A bot that books by chatting would use 600 to 800 for the same appointments; at 200 appointments it already breaks out of the free tier (about 1,400 against 400).
- What you do pay for are the utility templates that go out outside the 24-hour window: the confirmation and two reminders, 3 messages per appointment, 300 a month. That is USD 0.24 in Colombia, 2.04 in Brazil, 2.55 in Mexico and 9.00 in Peru at the October rate.
- Monthly total on the Solo plan: USD 29.24 in Colombia, 31.04 in Brazil, 31.55 in Mexico and 38.00 in Peru. With the AI assistant, USD 50 more a month: 79.24 in Colombia and 88 in Peru, plus the one-off setup.

Frequently asked questions
What exactly am I paying for with the plan?
Two things: the setup of your WhatsApp form and the CRM that triggers it and keeps your calendar running. The form is Meta’s official one (WhatsApp Flows), with your logo, your services with price and duration, your professionals and your hours, connected to your number on the official API. The CRM sends it to the client, writes the appointment into the professional’s Google Calendar, sends the reminders, accepts rescheduling and cancelling from the chat and gives you your statistics. Custom work is quoted separately: connecting your payment gateway so the form goes out after payment, handling your Meta Business Portfolio if you do not have it, or any integration of your own. The AI assistant is not in the form-only plan, but it is in the package with the assistant.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, and the change applies on your next month with nothing to set up again. You start on the plan you need today and move up as you grow: if you start on Solo and a second professional joins two months later, you move to Business and keep the same number, the same form and the same calendar. No penalty for switching.
What changes on 1 October 2026 with Meta’s pricing? Does it affect me?
From 1 October 2026 Meta charges for service messages beyond 1,000 a month per number, and for utility templates sent inside the 24-hour window. It affects you if you book by chatting; with the form, hardly at all. Service messages are the free-form replies your business sends within 24 hours of the client writing; from the 1,001st they are charged at your country’s utility rate, and you need a payment method on file before 30 September. Booking by chatting burns 6 to 8 messages per appointment; with the form it is 2. At 200 appointments a month, chatting runs about 1,400 messages and breaks out of the free tier; with the form you stay at about 400. In Argentina (USD 0.026 per message) or Peru (0.03 from October) that is tens of dollars a month. It applies to any provider on the official API, and reminders sent outside the window cost the same as today.
Can I charge for the appointment or take a deposit over WhatsApp?
Inside the form, no: WhatsApp Flows does not take payments. But it can be set up the other way round, with the form arriving after payment, and that is quoted separately. If you already have a payment gateway, we configure your CRM so that the moment the client pays, the form reaches them to pick their slot: only people who already paid get to book. It is not part of the plan; it is a custom setup. Against no-shows, what is included are automatic reminders at the times you choose, up to 5 per appointment, with one-tap confirmation from the chat, and no-show tracking in your statistics.
What if I cancel? Do I lose anything?
No. Cancel whenever you want, with no penalty, and the account stays active until the end of the period you paid. Before leaving you export your clients and appointments as CSV, and your WhatsApp number remains yours.
